1. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, PRA may receive your name, email, phone number, account type, company details, CV or resume files, career preferences, service requests, interview information, and messages you send through the platform.
2. ATS and career-service data
When you use CV or ATS tools, PRA may process the uploaded document, generated score, analysis, recommendations and related metadata so the report can be shown, saved, reopened and supported inside your account.
Candidate Talent Marketplace and employer visibility
Your CV and career information are private by default. PRA does not automatically publish existing CVs to employers or recruiters. If you explicitly enable Talent Visibility, you choose one CV and the professional profile details that approved employer and recruiter accounts may discover. PRA does not intentionally share your email address, phone number or direct CV-file download in this feature.
When an approved company opens your shared CV, PRA records the employer organization and view time; shortlist decisions and internal hiring-stage changes may also be recorded. You can review this history in your account. Internal stage changes do not represent formal interview invitations or job offers.
You may disable Talent Visibility at any time. Doing so removes your profile from new employer searches, blocks new CV detail access and removes active marketplace shortlists. Prior event records may be retained for your account history, security and audit requirements. Companies that legitimately accessed information before withdrawal might already have taken notes outside PRA; withdrawing visibility cannot erase copies they separately retained.
AI LinkedIn profile review (opt-in paid service)
If you request a LinkedIn profile review, PRA processes the LinkedIn URL and the profile text or PDF that you voluntarily provide, your target role, selected language, and an AI-generated report. The PDF is processed for text extraction and is not stored as an original file by this feature. The extracted text is used for analysis and cleared after completion or a handled failure; the finished review report is retained in your account subject to applicable privacy and retention choices. This service does not log into LinkedIn, request your LinkedIn password, or independently verify a live LinkedIn profile.
Your supplied profile text may be sent to PRA's AI processing provider to generate recommendations. You explicitly consent before initiating this paid review. Access to saved reports is restricted to your account. The service may reserve credits while generating the report; on analysis failure, credits are automatically refunded, with recovery available for timed-out orders. AI scores are estimates based on supplied evidence, not hiring predictions.
3. Payment verification
Where a plan or credit purchase requires manual verification, PRA may receive payment-reference information and a payment-proof image. This information is used to review the request, prevent duplicate approvals and maintain a transaction record.
4. How information is used
- Provide and secure your account and role-based workspace.
- Deliver ATS, CV, application-support, career and interview services.
- Track requests, limits, credits and service progress.
- Support recruitment workflows where you intentionally use company or recruiter features.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve platform reliability.
5. Service providers and automated processing
PRA may use infrastructure, storage and AI service providers to operate features such as document analysis, hosting and authentication. Only the information needed for the relevant feature should be sent to those services. Automated outputs are support tools and should not be treated as guaranteed hiring decisions.
6. Storage and retention
Information may be retained while your account or a service record remains active and for a reasonable period needed for support, security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and service.
7. Security
PRA uses role-based access, authenticated sessions and other technical controls to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and devices.
8. Your choices
You may contact PRA to ask about your personal information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, transactions, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Live visitor activity and online status
PRA measures approximate active use to improve reliability and understand demand. A random browser identifier is saved locally and converted into a one-way hash before temporary server storage. While a page is visible, its route and last-active timestamp may be refreshed periodically. If you are signed in, this session may be linked to your authenticated account, and limited platform administrators may see your profile display name and recent page category in the private operations dashboard. Anonymous visitors are counted without revealing their names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Online status is an estimate of activity within the past three minutes, not proof that someone is watching a page. Inactive presence records are eligible for cleanup after one day and are not used as public profiles or shared with employers.
9. Local storage and session data
PRA may use browser storage or session information for authentication, language, selected-plan continuation, ATS report continuity, temporary active-visitor measurement and other product functions. Clearing browser data may remove some locally stored preferences or temporary identifiers.
